Buddy Spy - Scan Types
Buddy Spy is currently configured to scan using multiple methods. This provides the program user a higher accuracy rating. You can configure the scan types in Buddy Spy by selecting the Scan Options in the user scanning section of the program. The methods and their descriptions and accuracy rating are provided below
- Beta Packet
- Mixture of a packet sent to detect presence.
- Avata Packetr
- This packet works by sending out a carefully crafted avatar / display image request.
- P2P Packet
- Checks to see if a p2p connection can be establish(will only work if the bot's user name is on the friends list)
- Web Check
- This method words by checking against the online presence indicator already on yahoo's system. (This can be shut off from a yahoo profile)
