Runtime Error 94 Invalid use of null

This problem primarily is found in the 2.2.12 to 2.2.14 branches of Buddy Spy. It has been since fixed in the 2.2.15 program update. If you do not have the current version of Buddy Spy, please use the auto update function.


Runtime Error 5 Invalid procedure call or argument

This problem was found in the automatic scanning function of buddy spy and is primarily found in the 2.2.12 to 2.2.14 branches of Buddy Spy. It has been since fixed in the 2.2.15 program update.


Runtime error 40006 Wrong protocol or connection state

This problem is still currently being worked on. It is a problem of the automatic scanning and Buddy Spy getting logged out. Try shortening your list, this might have an affect.


Runtime error 75 path/file access error

This problem generally happens when you are trying to do an automatic update. You are getting this error because buddy spy is not closing down quick enough to replace the curent executable with the update.


Invalid Username / Password

If you are experiencing this problem, the most likely solution is to re-install buddy spy. This problem generally occurs when not placing buddy spy in the same directory as the encryption dll.

BuddySpySetup.exe is being detected as a virus from my antivirus application. Buddy Spy contains no virus or spyware, malware. It is 100% clean and tested by a third-party. You are getting this error because the Setup Compiler is being falsely reported as a trojan. Please contact your anti-virus software vendor.
